Our shipping options available are:

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed as we ship our products from warehouses in Germany and Italy. We are working diligently to resolve this issue and provide our customers with convenient and fast delivery.
If you are a registered user, you can view the status of your order in your profile. Additionally, after placing an order, you will receive an email with a tracking code to follow your shipment.
At the moment, we only ship within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). We are diligently working to expand our shipping to reach customers worldwide.

Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return an item, please review our return policy and contact us.
Please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your return. This period accounts for the time it takes for your parcel to arrive at our warehouse, complete our quality control checks, and for your bank to process the refund. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been fully processed. We cannot issue a refund until we have received and inspected your returned item. Unless specified otherwise, refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Unfortunately, gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. They can be used for future purchases in our store. If you have any questions about how to use your gift voucher, please contact our customer service team.
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. However, we do not impose any additional fees for processing your return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
